Discord keeps marking my support ticket as resolved despite never sending me an email
Been trying to get my account back for like 2 weeks straight, because discord thought I was underage I even proved that I'm of age and they still just ignored me
Amazing platform but terrible support, gotta balance out them forces, right discord?

My account was also disabled for the same reason even though i'm of age. I've made tickets hoping that the support staff would take it a look at it but from what i'm seeing its something that rarely happens. I've waited 5 days and no response idk about both you zic and daysee. but I hope we all get a response and get our accounts back!

My account got auto deleted and I was forced to make a new one, they couldn't even give me my nitro back

damn, thats rough to hear. Hope you can make new memories on ur new account but that really sucks tho. It's crazy to think the same thing is probably going to happen to me soon because discord support is like a gamble of luck :( hope u have a better day though zic
