Cleaning up Server Messages in Server Overview

I think this falls under server management. 

It would be really nice to have the "Send a random welcome message when someone joins a servers" and other similar options to have their own separate channel direction options instead of being bundled under system message. I recommend this because a welcome message and the sticker response related too it is something that would go into an introduction channel, however server tips is, subscription stuff, etc is something that would be commonly directed towards a moderation / private server for staff to see. 

Realistically, welcome stuff (message and stickers), boost should, server tips, and subscription stuff (message and stickers), should each have their own designated channel connection point as each message type can reasonable to directed to a more appropriate place for community flow.

The community settings did a great job demonstrating how this can be done cleaner.
