Disabled account with no response for 24 days

    We have the same problem, my account was disabled for things I haven't done and most of the tickets I sent are resolved and the only thing I got is a response from the bot saying that they would delete my account in 14-30 days.

    In my case, I updated a "solved" ticket with another response with more screenshots to provide some more information about the situation, considering I've had a disabled account for things I have not done, but likely due to being in a staff position in a discord server that was over 7 years old by now as it's 2023, (my account is from May, 2016 roughly), so pretty much little to no activity for a inactive discord server that likely got reported over from what I have seen and heard, erroneous reasons, (probably due to outdated information or misunderstandings, besides pretty much everyone there probably doesn't even remember that or is even like that if that was the case, as they've practically grown up by now too), most of the responses so far have been automated, besides a select few, pretty much coming from "Haunt", otherwise they've been fairly helpful in giving responses within a few hours/days though too. I would be concerned as well if you did receive a message saying account deletion in 14-30 days, considering the constraints with that as well too.

    I did find out comments on a support ticket opens it up again if it's solved without response, although in my case it's to add more details to a "help & support" ticket for "general question" to add onto details to it too.

    I hope your situation gets resolved soon as well too.

    I've not even recieved an E-mail stating that my account is due for deletion and since I was never told the exact reason for being disabled I'm not sure what extra information I could send to further the likelihood of having my account reinstated

    I would recommend logging the emails and any information or responses with screenshots or photograph of it, considering it could sometimes be lost overtime, I would also recommend using the correct email if this is the only one you use for discord, for said account, as in the email attached to the account that you had lost from a disabled account, I've been getting straight up automated replies, which conflicts with information I have learned previously, if you have other people to support your statement, I'd highly recommend getting in contact with them to possibly provide statements and assistance to it though. Discord does have a phone number although I'm not even sure if it's even in use though too.

    did anyone get a response?? im on the 5th day of my account being disabled i dont want to lose hope i cant talk to any of my friends and i haven't gotten a single response from discord support.
