AGE VERIFICATION

My account recently got disabled due to reports that I’m under the age of 13 as it was a common joke with my mates. They reported me as a joke and my account automatically got disabled, and now I’m trying to send my support tickets through to get it back up and they’re going unanswered. Instead of just disabling it straight away and then never getting our accounts back, maybe discord should give like a few days for the user to verify their age before the account gets disabled?? I have so many memories on that account that I would hate to lose purely because discord can’t be bothered to look at my request and verify my age!!!
