Discord needs to make changes with their security & privacy issues.
[Cannot access disabled email address]
Hopefully this catches Discord's attention even tho it seems like they don't care.
But recently my email address was disabled permanently without recovery and I didn't realize until after it was scheduled for deletion that it was connected to my Discord account. So I contacted them so they'd be able to change it, or at-least find a way to verify I own the account and do so.
But no, they completely deny me and tell me that they cannot do this due to security issues even tho I straight up showed them my (SMS Messages, Authy, account still logged in, etc. And it seems like they do not care whatsoever, and people still get hacked to this day no matter the circumstances! So, I believe they should make a change and better their support.

Also, lets keep in mind that my phone number & authentication is still connected, therefore that should validate I have access if I keep getting in my account!

This probably has also been an issue for months, to even years now, and Discord is doing nothing about it.

They don't care. To put it simply, even if you spend hundreds of dollars, they still don't care.
Just contact your local police and apply more pressure to the company.
They will auto-mark your support tickets as "solved" if you keep trying to reach them. It's just straight up stupid.2 -
