Disabled account

Hello. I am 21 years old and I am from Ukraine, the city of Dnepropetrovsk. A couple of days ago I discovered that my account was disabled. I have sent a support request and am awaiting a response. I sent them a birth certificate, but most likely they will ask me to send a passport. There was an error I have more than 13 years. I have a discord channel there that I went down and developed for several years. I don't want to lose access! my nickname is hiveworkshop
