Restricting Super Reactions

I do not like Super Reactions and I do not want them to be available in my personal discord server. I want the option to be able to turn off the ability to use Super Reactions in my server without turning off the ability to use normal reactions. I love Reactions! I just hate Super Reactions! This needs to be a setting I can change even from Mobile.
