My account got falsely disabled for supposedly being underaged.
Hello! I am Roystbit, a person from Greece. Today, i woke up with the news of my discord account being disabled, and i was really confused, so i checked my email and i saw that somebody had reported me for supposedly being underaged. I will also probably lose my nitro! I managed to figure out that i need to send a picture to discord of myself holding my ID showing my age of birth and holding a paper that reads my username, for discord to make sure that it's actually me etc. I've heard though that a discord account gets deleted 30 days after it gets disabled, and reading the forums, i found out that many people are completely ignored by discord support and they do not respond to the image they have sent them, after 3+ weeks. Is there anything i can do so i can make the entire thing go much faster, or am i forced to do the weird support thingy?

You could try contacting them via their twitter accounts @discord and @discord_support, but I wouldn't exactly say it works all of the time, since the social team that works the accounts are not allowed to see the trust & safety reports strangely, but otherwise I would also recommend trying to reach out on other outlets, or even communities to see if other people could bring the attention up higher though.

They supposedly can't really reactive it without a review team, which only has limited evidence, this is pretty easy to find online from their official twitter accounts (@discord and @discord_support), for replies to other people who has had similar problems, so it's pretty much a automated mess nowadays though.

Fast forward a day? I’ve been waiting 2 weeks with no response. My ticket is on open for crying out loud, meaning they haven’t even seen my ticket yet!
