I have been waiting over a day and a half and my appeal is still unanswered. No support has answered me and I am still waiting for a response!!!

    Howdy Viorelalangenstein,

     

    Once you have submitted your appeal, the Discord Trust & Safety team begins the review process. However, there are a couple things to keep note of after submitting an appeal.

     

    1. Verify that your appeal is made with honesty, and you did not create an appeal for a violation that you DID take part in.

    2. Be patient! The Discord Support team handles many appeal tickets every day, meaning it may take a few days until they get to yours. Please note that they do not have priorities when solving these tickets, and are simply going in order from other users that appealed before you did.

     

    The key here is patience! I can assure you that your account will not stay deactivated permanently, and until it is reactivated I encourage you to create a new discord account and continue being a member of the community!

    Thank you for the help. I am wondering how long it takes, and does my account get deleted after 14 days if the support still hasn't responded?

    I have opened 2 support tickets, can I delete one of them so that I can minimize the volume of the support tickets? Haunt

    Unfortunately, once an appeals ticket is created, it cannot be marked as solved until the agent marks it themself. However, only having an extra ticket open won't do too much harm in your appeal process since it's only 1 ticket.
