Onboard existing members

I've recently enabled onboarding on a server with 400 members; however, I've noticed that only new users will be forced to complete onboarding. This is quite annoying, as I've set some roles as required going through onboarding.

I think that discord should force existing users to complete onboarding; or perhaps only force existing users if there are any required roles. Because otherwise, servers that already had members before enabling onboarding would have to notify existing members to complete it; and even then, many members wouldn't complete onboarding.
