Discord hasn’t answered my ticket still

It’s been like 3 days how long do I have to wait? I got disabled for making a joke about my age being under 13 and someone must’ve reported me .. I’m scared that my account might be deleted and I have too much memories and people on there. I don’t want to lose them, is there any way to speed up the process?

    I didn’t add much in the description for my appeal is there still a chance to get appealed? I was panicking and sent like one more ticket too.. Its been getting me really worried now

    I recommend submitting one more ticket thoroughly explaining the issue that occurred. Make sure to highlight that you accidentally submitted 2 previous tickets without any explanation, that way the support team can mark them as solved.

    I have been wrong fully limited access on my account and I can't regain access because every time I do the ticket I create  nothing happens and I've been waiting ages for a reply and they say I'll be with you shortly but that never happens
