Account disabled for chargeback but could not cancel dispute with PayPal

On 9/17 my Discord account was hacked and fraudulent purchases were made through my PayPal (which is linked because I use that for monthly Nitro purchases). Two $99.99 charges did not go through, but one $9.99 did (PayPal saw that as my "monthly automatic payment"). Before anything else I sent in a dispute through PayPal and less than an hour later, before I had realized my account had been disabled, PayPal settled the dispute and gave me my money back. I had no time to cancel or withdraw the dispute, and the case is now closed. The problem is my account was disabled for an open dispute and now I have no open ones. I don't know what to do and I have not heard anything back from Discord.
