Add pressure
If you want a reply from the staff, all you gotta do is simply add pressure on them until they decide to answer your question, the staff are extremely lazy and don't wanna answer you. So you want to add as much pressure onto the staff as humanly possible.

Making multiple tickets lowers the chances of your appeal being accepted, and it will automatically be marked as spam, hindering the time it takes before a resolution. Instead, be patient and wait for the agent to handle your ticket. You are not the only one waiting for a resolution.

Not by opening tickets, by asking logical questions that humans who work in IT can understand, it's not complicated to do. Because if you don't, most of these people just have their tickets marked as solved and staff move on.
