Account Disabled Falsely, No Specific Reason Given.
Hello, my discord account, spinoandspiny, was disabled about eleven days ago and I cannot see the reason as to why. I was told that it was due to violating the terms of service or community guidelines, when I have no recollection of doing so. I haven't cyber bullied anyone, I haven't talked about or committed any crimes on the platform, and I haven't raided any servers or done anything of the sort. I use discord primarily as a place to connect with friends and keep up on game updates. That is why I believe my account was disabled falsely. I have already tried to appeal via discord support and I was just told that I violated the terms of use and that my account would not be reinstated. If anyone could give me some tips to help reinstate my account, it would be greatly appreciated.

Today I saw that my account was frozen, I did not receive any mail or something, I made a support request, no answer, it's been 8 hours, when do you think they will reply?

You will likely get an extremely vague non-helpful response from the Clyde bot within the next 48 hours. Respond to the bot to try to get in touch with a human who may review your case. However, this isn't guaranteed. After I responded to the bot, my ticket sat in “Open” status for over 3 week before it was quietly closed without a response. My account was deleted on the 30th day after being disabled, and I was never provided with any information for why this occurred. Maybe you will have better luck, but it honestly may be easier to just make a new account.
