About a week ago, I was banned for being under the age of 13 due to a joke I made, and someone who didn't like me dug through my messages and found it. I made a ticket and provided proof I was over 13 years old, and its been over double the amount of time they said they'd get back to me in. I made another ticket a few days later as well as followed up on my original ticket. No response, any ideas of what to do? My account will be deleted in a few days if no one re-enables it.
