Day 3 passed with no respone from the ticket
the support service is working like a dying sloth, they just hire a lazy staffs or they not have enough staffs to respone for there mistake or somethings?..
they just siting eat our paid nitro while there service is kinda not wroth the moneys we pay.
i still waiting for the ticket review and they let me reactive my accout, it just update the confirm age update and they not even bother to just update and slove my case.
