account disabled
so less than a week ago my account got disabled, i said “i am 12” because some guy send a meme written “say that you are 12” and i didnt know what would happen, but i still sent the verification photo few days ago and i got no update on it, can you guys please tell how long does it take or why havent it been checked. (the photo was me holding a paper with my username on it and also holding my id card with my photo on it) maybe its cuz the ID is on arabic or the ID photo is very old that it look unnoticeable.

Hello, for me it takes 5 days to check my ticket so maybe you need to wait a little longer, but there's may be another problem, I've attached photo with my face, photo ID and a piece of paper with my username, and this ticket was marked as solved with answer “you don't attached something that we required” so I send another ticket and after 5 days the same thing happened to second ticket as with the first, so I hope you will be more lucky than me

my friend got his back in 4 days… I've seen a range of responses on how long it takes discord to get back to you. Do you have a passport or something you can use? or make sure that you ID is not blurry in the photo I had to retake my photo a few times before I got one where you could clearly see my birthdate and face. It's been about 3 days for me since my account got disabled for the same thing.

itsyor yea i think its cuz “birth date” is blurry. next time i will try it with my new passport when i get it since the picture will be more noticeable.
