Account disabled for being "Underage"

It's been 5 days since my account that was made FEB 2017 was disabled for being “under age” because I jokingly said I was 12 in a server. I appealed and have still heard nothing, emails have been ignored, and I'm being ignored on Twitter. I will be 20 years old IN LITERALLY A MONTH. I've provided all the resourced as requested to prove my identity and age yet NOTHING. I've been paying for nitro and boosts for YEARS. If I don't get this account back then there's something seriously wrong with the customer support for this company. If I lose all the friends and memories I've made because of a lazy system then I will be completely done with Discord. I have a server with 900 members and I can't access my account to transfer ownership, if I lose it and all is deleted I'm DONE.
