Why is discords support so flooded at the moment?

I have recently been the victim of a false account disablement. I was basically told I’m 13 (I’m 17) usually an issue like this would be quickly dealt with by the health and safety team in around 5-10 hours, it has been 8 days since I have gotten a response from discord.

This is really concerning due to the fact that my account can be literally deleted (after 14 days) for no real reason. I have taken a selfie with my ID card like a model example and yet I may be falsely punished.

I’m more concetned about whether spam requests are not being blocked essentially create a huge risk for innocent ppl like myself.

Same with me (I created a ticket today), it's scary that other people can ban any account by simply exploiting the Discord Report function even though I've already entered my real age (20) on Discord.
