Customer Service is about to remove my 2015 account

Someone falsely reported that I am 13 or below and my account was disabled, 5 days later after request, verifying my age and trying to get them to go through my request through gmail they finally responded but now I am about to lose EVERYTHING! My friends and my servers. I have showed my face, date of birth and a note of my discord username, PLEASE! They are not letting me back in and keep demanding clear photo of my date of birth when it’s clear as day that I was born in 2004! Please someone direct me to a higher authority, one of the team just told me that if I am not “able to fulfil requirements” my account with be terminated permanently, i don’t want to lose my account, someone please direct me to someone competent who can help me!

    I am shaking to be honest, I don’t want to lose my account, there might be some typos but it’s because I am scared, I have so many good friends I don’t want to lose, if my account is gone then there is no way I can find them again, plus I own servers, if I lose those too then I am finished

    Guys please I need help as quick as possible, When I requested help I couldn’t wait for a response but now I am very scared to get another email that says my account is terminated, please I really need help, I really need to get into contact with someone who can help me get this fixed otherwise everything I worked for is gone forever

    The same thing happened to me, my 2017 account was disabled for no reason, and I have no response from support.

    Like you, I have many friends and servers that I don't want to lose, servers that I manage, and as a developer data from my projects.

    I only ask that the accounts be returned to us...
