My account was disabled.

Hi!

My account has been disabled, but I haven't received any email on why this happened. From what I read this usually mean a breach of the Terms of Service or the Community Guidelines. I do not know what I might have done, but I am truly sorry any breach and I sincerely had no intention to violate the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines and have no malicious intentions.

I created my account in the middle of November 2015, during it's alpha stage and have never been in trouble before, I have made countless of friends, memories and experiences with this account and after the account was disabled, my mental health has declined. I have been very anxious, sad and worried. It has affected my sleep and daily life.

I am basically isolated from all friends I have, some of which I can only talk with on Discord. My almost eight years on Discord with this account is now at risk of deletion. It's “only” been 1 day since I created my ticket, but it feels like weeks and my anxiaty, worries and fears are only getting worse.

I have made two tickets (38332760) and (38331550) and they were assigned to Discord Trust & Safety. But they have remained unanswered, there was activity in one of them, but the assigned person just closed my ticket without any feed back. I assume it is because some information wasn't given by me, but I filled in everything I could.

I forgot to check Are you in the right place? (Optional) but in the ticket I explain what happened and all options were properly chosen. Here is how the form look for me, so there has been things I cannot check like if I read the ToS and Guidlines prior to submitting my ticket.

From what I read this is time sensitive, and in 12-13 days from today (08/03/2023) it appears my account will be deleted. I sincerely ask for your forgiveness and I am truly sorry for what caused this to begin with. I hope my mistake can be forgiven, that these almost 8 years mean something not just to me, but also to Discord and my account can be reactivated.

I hope you get your account back as well!

I don't want to lose all my friends, memories and experiences I made over the years on this account. I have never been in trouble before, so I hope I can be forgiven just this once.

This is mentally very taxing on me, I constantly check if my tickets have had any updates. I even answered an old mail from Jason Citron from 2015 in hopes of reaching out to anyone. It caused another ticket to be created. So now three tickets are active!

OK someone called “Nelly” closed my third ticket right as I was writing this reply. I don't understand why that ticket that was created 10 minutes ago gets read and closed (without feedback) but no one is helping me on tickets that has been open for 24 hours on a very time sensitive issue…

This makes me even more worried and anxious!

The same thing is happening with me, my account was reported for no reason and now no one answers my emails, I tried to communicate through Twitter, Facebook and Instagram and I can't get answers, I'm very sad because I've also been using Discord for 5 years and I had never broken the rules, I have already sent my proofs that I am older and I still have not received a response. I hope they get their account back too, good luck.
