Is Discord support team even usefull?
Now as i saw one of the main topics is about getting your discord disabled by the staff team which do nothing to improve the platform and we also have another team called “support” which is lazy and waste their time on Twitter.
Now if u get your account banned they will do 0 actions to verify your email and say:
Oh we are stupid , he is not underage .
or something like:
He did not break the rules
When it comes about underage banning is easy i think if everyone would not this method then most of the acc from discord will be banned, and yeah it make no sense to use that word as evidence to say:
Oh yeah he is underage let's ban him
Now i'm coming back at the topic title:
Is Discord support team even usefull?
Because after i saw there are 9000 tweets and 0 actions.

I have 2 tickets (I created one in the wrong place) open about the same thing, that my account was disabled and I have no clue why, no email or anything telling me why.
I emailed a old email from discord that looked like it was to a person, it ended up creating a new ticket.
My 2 tickets have had 0 updates for 2 days now from the staff. My new ticket was closed within 30min from being created. No feedback on this third ticket that was about the exact same problem as the other ones. So they have tiime to close tickets that are new, but not update a 2 day old time sensitive ticket.With such a time sensitive subject as potential deletion of my account that is almost 8 years old with a lot of friends, memories, and experiences that will also be deleted it makes me anxious and sad that I will lose many friends, many memories, and irreplacable friends just because closing tickets than helping people seem more important.
That is how it looks anyway, I am sure that is not how it is. But if it isn't they should prioritize time sensitive tickets over tickets that aren't as time sensitive or time sensitive at all. Will I have a reply to my ticket in 5 days? Will I see the time tick down until my account is deleted until I get a reply?

Sightburner if the two tickets were related to the same subject, they'll close one of them to clear up any redundancies. As far as a response time is concerned, you'll probably get a bot generated response very soon that honestly won't likely be helpful at all. Don't open a new ticket, this only hurts your chances. Instead, reply to the bot in the same ticket and God willing a human will respnd eventually. But just know that there's a very real chance that you could end up waiting weeks for a response, or not get one at all until it's too late. Trust & Safety seems to be 99.999% run by bots nowadays.

Aeromexico I only created the second one because I googled around and they said I needed to make an appeal rather than a normal support ticket. Clyde answered the inital ticket, and I added some information that I couldn't add while creating the ticket.
But that was 2 days ago, and then I see people on Twitter giving the support team daily updates that their ticket remains unanswered until their accounts are deleted. Which is very concerning.
“But just know that there's a very real chance that you could end up waiting weeks for a response, or not get one at all until it's too late.” that is a big issue, on twitter they even stated that no task was to hard for them to get too. But people losing their accounts is extreme!
I have a lot of memories in both servers and private logs on my account. I really hope a real human can get to my ticket and help me get my account reinstated.
