!!!! Separate Manage Channel, Manage Server and Manage Roles !!!!!

As a software tester, these perms sharing a single toggle can be highly disastrous. 

Manage Channel roles should have separate Add, Edit and Delete. I want role to do all three, one maybe Edit/Add but I never want one to do all three. So I end up just never giving it, and leaving it strictly to a single server Admin.

Manage Server roles should have more toggles. I want someone to add/modify and control Bots, but I don't want all roles to Add bots. I want a role to just use Dashboard and manage existing bots on a server.

Manage Roles should be similar to Manage Channels.
