Need better gore detection

Some large servers I'm in are being hit by (botted) accounts spamming extreme gore. Discord's userbase should never be in a position where it has to look at such content, let alone be forced to witness it so that moderators can then ban the accounts. More effort needs to be made from Discord to not allow content like this to be allowed to be posted through its existing explicit image filters.

The images I've been seeing in question are the exact same gore images the user has been spamming for months, possibly years. Discord's (joke) of a filter needs to be able to either learn these images or allow moderators of community servers (or something, figure it out) to flag images so that the explicit image filter knows what to look for.

This is ideally something Discord should be addressing, not relying on us to witness and then clean up for them.
