My account got disabeled without email, and discord support keeps marking my ticket as "solved"

    This might not help, the team for this is notoriously slow (or overwhelmed), some tickets remain unanswered for weeks (long after the account has been deleted for inactivity) but create a ticket in the right place

    Check the “Are you in the right place box” it say optional, but I doubt it is. 

    Then in the drop down menus

    • “How can we help?” select “Appeal an action taken on my account or bot”
    • “What would you like to appeal” select “An action taken on my account”
    • Blocked domain URL is optional so leave it blank if you don't know what to write.
    • Subject: “My account was disabled without email, warning or notification, I do not know why”
    • Description: Describe what happened and what you were doing when you got logged out and couldn't login again.

    Also make sure to add these things in the description body, these are checkboxes that should pop up when you create the ticket, but for some people (like me) they didn't. So adding them to the body will show Discord that you did these things (at least if the agent read the ticket and not just close it.

    • CONFIRM: My account was NOT disabled for being too young to use Discord, my date of birth is: mm/dd/yyyy
    • CONFIRM: I have read the Terms of Service (https://dis.gd/terms) and Community Guidelines (https://dis.gd/guidelines) to learn about Discord’s policies before submitting my appeal. Yes I read both. (Make sure you read them!)
    • CONFIRM: If I registered for my account with an email address, the email address that I entered above is the email address associated with my disabled account. My email for the account is: <email-address>
    • Phone number: <the phone number incl. country code associated with the account>
    • Your date of birth: mm/dd/yyyy add it again, just in case the agent is skimming through the text

    You can also add some transaction IDs from your nitro purchases, you find them in the emails you get when you pay for Nitro, also add the four last digit of the card you used. DO NOT write the entire card number, ONLY the four last ones. 

    DO NOT WRITE ANYTHING ABOVE IN THIS POST, ONLY IN THE TICKET YOU CREATE. 

    If you created a ticket in the right place, but it got closed, just answer the ticket with the information you left out and the ticket will open again. But it might be better to just open a new ticket.

    Mine too. They told me they won't give it back so I asked for another chance and sensent the right details. They marked it as solved so i opened it again.

    Demento0017 yes! After a few attempts of reopening it they messaged me back and we figured it out so they gave me my account back :D

    Lebilebi06  how many days is it? I'm still waiting for their response. And also, what's the reason for your account being disabled in the first place?

    Demento0017 for me i had to wait about 16 days. So the people that say it's deleted after 14 are false. I got disabled for being “underage” and had to send a photo with me holding my id and username. Expect to wait 3-7 days if you did the first attempt properly.

    Lebilebi06  I'm on day 15 and I can still see my account profile. the Discord Trust and Safety team marked it as “solved” and I reopened the ticket. I hope I'm able to retrieve my account back. Although there's no reason why my account is disabled in the first place. It just said that I violated the ToS / Community Guidelines and it was from Clyde the bot and it's not a fixed answer I know

    Demento0017 oh… well i heard it's hard to get ur acc back in those situations, reply to the ticket email every once in a while to remind them of you, but not too much. Hope u get it back bro!

    ive been waiting a month and they just keep marking it as solved im scared of losing my account that i had for 7years+

    Lebilebi06 it has been 22 days since I opened my ticket with no response. Nowadays they're more “active” by keep marking my ticket as “solved” without further explanations nor can I log in back to my account. it's a 6 years old account and I would really appreciate if they do a thorough review as of why my account got disabled in the first place. 

    The funny thing is, they disabled it 2 days AFTER my auto Nitro renewal from Google Play. I've sent all the receipt but they keep ignoring me and closing the ticket. They should fix their Trust and Safety team or hire more people because this is unacceptable

    This is happening to me right now, all of my tickets are just being marked as solved without any responses, and the ticket that was responded to was by the bot Clyde, TWICE, after I had asked what I violated (under the same ticket). Literally a copy and paste message of “Your account was disabled for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We will not reinstate the account.” So stupid…

    After numerous tries, finally got my account back. Took nearly a month and my account probably almost got deleted, but I finally got it. Was quite frustrating to get it.

    anoos_king pls keep doing that, it's what i did and within 16 or 17 days the ppl messaged me and stopped closing the tickets and I ended up getting my account back sorry i don't remember well it was in august
