Discord mods ignoring my tickets
Hi everyone, I opened a ticket like a week (or more) ago because my account (and pc) got hacked so I lost access to my discord account a long time ago. The problem is that I use so many emails that I'm not sure which one I used for my actual account.
So I created a ticket and Nelly changed the email of my account (but it was the wrong account because I wasn't sure of which was my real email address).
Anyways, a week ago I made a new ticket with the real original email address and guess what, I got totally ignored and I'm still sending messages for news but no one is responding.
Now you will reply “They are really busy they have a lot of tickets to answer” ok but why when I created a new ticket Nelly (a moderator) set the ticket to ”resolved" with no messages and nothing?
Moderators are ignoring tickets as I saw in other topics and I want a real and justified reason on why are they ignoring tickets.

Dont worry, im getting the same issue, ive sent out multiple tickets over the past couple weeks and havent gotten a single response and it keeps getting set to resolved, even though its not

Yup, the “sneakily set status to resolved” seems to be one of their favorite tactics. Lately I haven't even received a reply before it happens- it's especially annoying when all you're after is an answer. Really showcases the team's deliberate choice to not give a shit about their userbase.

I opened a new ticket 43 minutes ago and see what Nelly (moderator) did :)
