Account is disabled

Dear community

My account has been disabled.

I already tried everything to connect with Discord Twitter, Facebook, Discord Support.
But so far there is no response to my ticket every time I create the ticket my ticket is marked as 'resolved' named 'nelly' after a minute of making the ticket.

I didn't do anything wrong and I don't want to lose my account for no reason.

Is there anything else I can do besides this?

  Same, if Nelly mark them as solved, reply to one of them and say your issue isn't resolved.

  To the right there will be a bunch of “CONFIRM” that you were suppose to fill in during the creation of the ticket. For me they were not there, so I re-opened my ticket by responding with the answer to the questions. 

  I've waited 11 days for a reply. 3 days then poof!
