Hacked Account

Hello, it has been almost a month since my account was hacked and they changed my account to have 2FA but I never got an email that my email linked with the account was changed. I submitted a support ticket the day it happened and even messaged the Twitter and called the listed Customer Service number, but neither were able to help. I am writing here because my hacked account hasn't been suspended an has continued hacking other people, even taking money from linked PayPal accounts, even weeks after I submitted support tickets and I wanted to know what I should expect in the future, specifically if people have gone through this and if I should try any other ways to get my account back or if I should just give up while the hacker ruins my 7 year old account, with a newly paid year subscription to Nitro.
