The work of support agents and the Trust and Security of Discord
Last night, my account and discord server were blocked for malicious hacking, deception, fraud, theft of accounts or credit card data and/or attempts to harm computer networks or machines. Although I and my discord server did not do this and did not hack into anyone's accounts. But the moderators of discord considered it necessary to block and not to name the reasons for blocking. I write to support all day in order to sort out the investigation, but Nelly's support successfully closes the ticket and does not understand. Very upset with a large company

I've been waiting for 13 days to resolve my account being disabled without any mail stating why. A account almost as old as Discord, with tons of friends and memories. Never had a single issue before. Now my account is most likely getting auto deleted.
I doubt you will get a reply anytime soon. If you feel Nelly closed the ticket for no reason, respond to it why you feel it hasn't been resolved and the ticket will be opened again, and placed last in the queue.

I am not engaged in fraud or account theft, I had my own discord server where all my friends were also blocked, a notification came to the mail and the reason I wrote above. But my friends and I didn't do it and didn't want to. I wrote support, but Nelly is constantly closing the ticket. We understand that we didn't break the rules, but no one wants to get in touch.

Sightburner I have exactly the same thing. This is honestly insane, been waiting for 14 days on my ticket about my accoumt being falsly disabled and still no response. Discord honestly should be ashamed of their support.
