Hacked account, but my phone number is still tied to it

So, my account was hacked, I made a ticket, got response about my problem being moved to trust and safety and week passed. Like I said earlier in my ticket my phobe number is still attached. But you can't restore access to the account with it, it only sends an message to hacker's email. I understand I have to wait, but reading all those topics is just depressing.

    A quick question, did you turn on 2-FA for your phone number or not?

    2FA was active before, hacker bypassed it, but my phone is still registered, since I still receive codes on it

    Since you have 2-FA Enabled on your SMS, try to reset your password and use 2-FA SMS to verify the code.

    How can I do that? Can you tell me the exact procedure - because once I get sms code, it still sends email to hacker's one.
    And when I try to reset password via phone, it gives me only one option - type sms code and email is sent for resetting password

     2FA can't help me, since I only have phone, 2FA options isn't here, it appears only through email, but I don't have access to the email since it was changed by hacker on his own. When I try to reset password through phone it sends an sms code, I type it in, and then Discord sends an email - on hacker's one obviously. So I am stuck.
