Still locked out of account after 17 days, no email for the reason, and someone closed my ticket.
It's been 17 days since my account was disabled, I never received an email and now when I got home from a work trip the tickets has been closed without feedback. Is there a reason users are treated like this by Discord?
So if a Trust & Safety member is browsing here can they please check #38331550 and #38332760?

The reason is because Discord does not care about any of us. I've seen your name around, you're obviously aware of the sheer volume of reports saying the exact same thing, and in the face of such overwhelming evidence, it's the only reasonable conclusion. I've been much happier since I gave up expecting results, even if it was painful to give up my own 8 year old account, and started trying to convince people it's finally time to move away and settle somewhere that respects its community.
The best time was two months ago, if not even earlier. But the second best time to make the switch is right now.0 -

Venexis Yes, I've been around telling normal users about my issue, and that they are not alone in this nightmare that Discord is putting us through.

Hey Sightburner,
Due to high volumes of tickets and tons of ticket agent ignoring and resolving tickets to save space and stuff. You may have to wait for a long time for them to respond. If you're unlucky, Support Ticket will automatically be resolved.

Buffy Official they need to fix their algorithm, since a high volume of tickets are being made and they can't respond within a 2 week period, which is the timeframe given for disabled accounts before they get deleted, people are losing their accounts for nothing. their complaints are ignored or they get a response after their accounts are deleted. The issue isn't waiting for them to respond, the issue is we're getting a delayed response that by the time they do respond, the accounts would've been automatically deleted.

Based on the stuff i know, Discord is using a service called ZenDesk. And to my knowledge, Discord did not set a limit on the tickets, that is why there's more tickets than people on support can handle.

Buffy Official yes but I'm saying their algorithm is flawed, a disabled account doesn't stay active for longer than 2 weeks, so if they're gonna take weeks or months to respond, the account would've been deleted by the time they respond.

Well, that just how the system works. I'm mostly mad at the person who setup the ticket system like this, Agents should have a limit of 5 or 10 tickets open, and ticket should be auto assigned.
