Invite code history and restoration

Currently, there is no way to find past invite codes, once they expire or are revoked, they're gone. It would be helpful if there were a history (of, say, 30 days?) and it would be even more helpful if an invite code could be restored (or changed) after it expired or has been revoked.

I found this related issue, which basically wants the same, but I'm trying to make it more specific.

What we recently ran into in a community I administer: we have QR codes printed on cards we give out, but the invite code stopped working and is nowhere to be found. It either must've expired (even though we think it was set to never expire) or one one of the admins must have accidentally revoked it. There is no way for us to solve this, and a lot of printed cards are now useless.

Unfortunately, Discord support told me that codes cannot be restored, and I think this is a real shame, and a feature as proposed would solve this and additionally make the invite system more user friendly and less error prone.

    Hey there Tim!

    Just wanna let you know that by checking the Audit Logs and filter who created the tickets you can check the invite code the user created, or even better scan the QR code and you will see discord.gg/INVITECODE or discord.com/INVITECODE and check the code on the QR matches the Audit Logs or not, then you can check when it expired.     Thanks for the tip!

    I checked the audit log, but there are no entries for this specific invite code. For creation it makes sense, it was created more than 45 days ago for sure. There are no entries about deletion either, so it must have expired. Which is really weird, since the people involved with the QR code cards are sure (although now of course doubting their sanity) that the code was set to never expire.

    Either way, I really wish we could get this code working again, it's quite frustrating we have a lot of cards going to waste + people and a few venues with the cards who can't use them anymore.

    I do hope the invite functionality gets a few more management features as suggested, if not for our situation right now, then maybe for a future one.
