Account is disabled

Dear community

My account got disabled on monday.

I already tried everything to connect with discord Twitter, Facebook, Discord Support.
But so far no response to my ticket every time I create a ticket my ticket is marked as 'solved' by the name 'nelly' after a minute of making the ticket.

I did nothing wrong and i dont want to lose my account for no reason.

 Is there anything I can do outside of this?

    Same thing always Nelly closing ticket without any message

    Nelly is the automated response you get from Discord Support - usually what I've found is that if you don't reply saying you still need help, it'll be marked as resolved.

    I tried yes and my ticket was closing and i tried no and my ticket also was closing
