Nelly still marking things as solved
Nelly is still marking requests as solved automatically, my account of 3 years and ofc everybody else's account who is trying appeal is gonna get deleted because of this bot, any updates on when they'll fix this?

You almost have to respect the commitment to negligence Discord has for their userbase. "Everybody else's" is right, there was what, four tickets about that exact issue yesterday alone? I've lost count how many I've seen personally. It sucks hard that so many people are locked out of their accounts, but there's only really one way forward: ditch Discord, and move to a service that will treat you like a human person. If not to leave for good, then at least as a safeguard to keep in touch with your friend groups if your account is the next to be locked for some absurd reason.

Same things happened to me, i was locked out of my 3 years old account and i cant recover it because of this stupid bot named “Nelly“. i really hope discord fixes their bot.

Nelly keeps marking every single ticket that I make as “solved”, within seconds of making them. I have no open tickets, I cannot appeal if every ticket is being instantly marked as solved. Discord won't look at solved tickets, I know because I had a ticket sit for 15 days marked as solved without a single response.
