How long does it take for discord to respond to an appeal?

Hi,
Ive only had my appeal up for a days, but I am really crunched with time.
I use my discord account for my work in esports, it is really important to keep that account with all the connections that I have.
It would be amazing if the discord support team could help me out.

Evidence in the ticket I submitted 

not completely sure what TOS I violated as well

    Waiting two months for a simple info request. I'd usually plug switching to a different service at this point (whoops still did it lol) but I'll let that statement speak for itself. Two entire MONTHS. Lol.

    EDIT: I just checked and it turns out the three month anniversary was yesterday. You cannot make this up.
