I request 4-5 appeal
2 Days ago, I was disabled because they claimed I was “underage”, and there is no evidence of me being underage from TOS violation. I made a ticket five times on the appeal, and they never got a response from me. I did everything that they said on the site; what did they do? They just ghosted me without a word or anything else. Most of my attempts were just being “Solved,” but the entire thing isn't solved yet.
Does anyone have any advise or ideas to get them noticed?

Unfortunately no. That's just the quality service you can expect from Discord. They've been really avoiding any account issues lately; I myself am still waiting on a request for information following theft of my username during the New Username Scandal by somebody who signed up after me… from two months ago. It just isn't going to happen, so I left for Revolt (https://revolt.chat/), and encourage everybody to do the same.

Honestly? No idea. To the best of my knowledge, based on other feedback given here and personal experience, there's nothing you can do to get attention or speed up a response. I can't tell you if a response will even come, I'm still waiting on my own, after all. Still being marked solved, still definitely not solved. Does that guarantee you won't ever hear back? Well, no, but… I mean, it's hardly promising, either. It's your call whether you wanna keep waiting, or keep trying to reapply- they both seem to be equally ineffective, from what I personally have seen- but can either really make the situation worse?
I just got tired of trying ineffective options, and actively left to start fresh elsewhere in the meantime. It still didn't solve the problem, but it did give me a chance to rebuild, and didn't make my situation any worse either. Maybe they'll still answer… someday… but until then I have another opportunity to focus on.
