It is unacceptable that if MY account had a hacker in Taiwan attempt to access it, and they failed because I had two step verification, That Discord should simultaneously instantly give me limited access as they did, with no clear reason or explanation, and tell me to put in a ticket. They say themselves that 24-48 hours is ticket response time. I did not know this was going to happen, and now I can't DM anyone on Discord, or change ANYTHING in my Community Server that I own, for up to two days without any real explanation…???? I immediately changed my password, and let them know that, and here I still sit as of now waiting for a real person to get to my ticket, I have back up codes in hand; I am ready to do whatever they ask….. And nothing. I am sorry, at some point, a company like Discord or Steam, Both of them, deserve the reputation that they get for terrible, inefficient, and unwelcoming Customer Service, to some of their biggest supporters. I have enjoyed using Discord for over 9 years, and now Wished to give back, by creating my Community Server with my friends. We are in Early days, and I have to manage many things at once and answer many questions that I can't with Limited Access. How is it that even some cell phone companies that provide service, even with call centers in India, can be so much more helpful?

Sure seems to be a lot of calls for answers and explanations lately, Discord. Hope they give you what you're after, but I think most of us here know it just ain't gonna happen. At least there's other, alternative services out there which don't make a point of treating their users like garbage.
