    Make sure to cancel your nitro subscription first, then please only create 1 ticket since creating more will put you in the back of the queue. Hope you get you're account back!

    Thank you for your answer, but i was creating new tickets after one of them got “solved” without any answer. All of them just being assigned to Nelly and getting “solved” in 10 minutes. So, i don't need to do new tickets, and i can get answer on solved ticket?

    You can re-open a ticket by responding to it, as long as they don't close that option. 

    I have the same issue, been waiting for 23 days, no answers and Gunter and Nelly keep closing my tickets without feedback. My account is almost 8 years old, and I have never been in trouble before so I don't understand why Discord have no issue with deleting my 8 years of memories with them without telling me why.

    Sightburner I am having the same issues, except for mine they disabled the account then proceeded to take money from the account for subscriptions. If you dont mind please get ahold of me via email fithace@gmail.com and i will explain more about what actions I am following up with.
