Allegedly, a "Discord Supervisor" patrols here? Maybe they could try addressing our issues instead of trying to sneaky-remove posts calling attention to those issues?
As per the comment thread on this topic, which inquires about a relatively active feedback post (concerning the nature of a staff member or automated bot by the name of “Nelly” and their role in consistently closing tickets of a certain nature almost immediately en masse) deleted at the apparent request of a so-called “Discord Supervisor”. The thread actually does seem to be gone, but it's this mythical supervisor I'm posting about.
First of all, I'll just be blunt- I don't believe any such person exists.
Second, say there is some Discord higher-up passing through, and upon noticing a specific feedback post, reached out to the user responsible for creating it to negotiate a takedown. This implies several things:
A) At least some individuals employed by and presumably in good standing with the company make use of the feedback forums;
B) The aforementioned individuals are aware that users are dissatisfied with the service via posts made on the feedback forums;
C) A conscious decision was made, and continues to be made, by those aforementioned individuals to not only ignore rampant user dissatisfaction, but to attempt removal of such posts seeking action or information by dissatisfied users.
Does anything seem wrong with that? It sure does to me.
Why even have feedback forums if the posts that gain any sort of negative traction become the targets for attempted censorship? Negative feedback is arguably the entire point of this forum, and certainly the most important form of feedback, as it highlights areas where change or improvement is needed most urgently. Why are apparent staff, seemingly acting under Discord jurisdiction, allowed to do this in the first place?
Did the user responsible for creating the post in the first place have an option to refuse, if pushed to delete by an individual with obvious ulterior motives and a clearly biased agenda? What would have been the consequences for refusing? Are other “whistleblowers” and their posts simply going to start “disappearing”, behind a convenient excuse of user-staff confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements?
To any actual Discord Supervisors, Moderators, Support Staff or other entities of authority doing the rounds- what happened here? Is this whole thing an outright fabrication, or is there a kernel of truth? I think we're all interested in an explanation, especially given the massive number of posts expressing dissatisfaction with how our account appeals and requests have been proceeding.

I got contacted by the supervisor himself, I'm not trying to get in trouble so i stopped the topic :/ But i will be opening a new Nelly post soon. :)

Heh, sorry, wasn't sure if namedropping would've been appropriate. Apologies if I've come across confrontational too- I don't believe it because I don't think Discord cares enough to have anyone monitor here, rather than any intent to slight you or your experience, but I'll happily change my tune if it can get us some answers.
Looking forward to the new post, hopefully we'll all get some answers and resolutions in the coming days.
