Discord Does not do ownership transfers anymore?
I meet the discord server criteria to transfer ownership, and yet when I do, they say that I dont meet the criteria, even though I do
I have over 100+ members on the server
The owners account has not been active within 1 month
I have been active for more than 30 days on my account
I am an admin on the server
When I ask what criteria I dont meet they say: "We CaNt TeLl YoU, fOr PrIvAcY". Then when I ask how I can view how to view when I meet the criteria myself, they say to stop asking questions in the ticket and don't make a new one or they will disable my account. They really have some bad support from what I have been getting, none useful at all. i LITERALLY meet the requirements and they say I don't I EVEN HAVE PROOF I DO

Ik you can transfer but the owner has not been online, thats why we are using discord support, but they keep lying saying we don't meet the criteria. When in fact, we do

It is probably one of those “It's up to the discretion of who ever is reading the ticket”. If he feels comfortable that the owner has abandoned and that he is speaking with someone who is legit then he can go ahead with the transfer, but if anything is suspect (Contacting on day 31 of the 30 day login “timer” would be one of them) they can simply refuse with a generic message of not meeting requirements, ect.
try again in another 15 days?

It has been 2 months after i asked for a transfer, they said not to make a new ticket or they will remove my account, I only made new tickets because they closed them and I had questions and could not reopen, I reopened one ticket I could so I can ask, but they mark as solved without answering, so when I reopen they get mad, any advice?
