Discord and there horrible ticketing staff!

Hello Discord members, recently I have been flagged for being “underage” but you know I completely understand that Discord has its policies….

My issue with this now comes with the fact that IM NOT UNDERAGE!
I contacted Discord support multiple times now with no response, iv even resided to messaging all types of social media but still with no response

the first ticket I had was I got a response saying my picture of me verifying my age was too blurry and after that, they would not answer a single of of my other responses

I have countlessly given proof in many tickets with ID and such yet I continue to get no response. its bs and discord ticket support needs to be ashamed

From what I know I currently have 12 days until my account is deleted, iv have been on Discord since 2017 and I have made many friends over that time and become known in many communities, I've been a long-term Discord user and I'm going to be royally pissed off if discord doesn't answer my support within those 12 days, I have nitro as well but i doubt I'm going to get any type of refund

Have other people also run into this issue? was it ever resolved or am I really going to lose 6 years of my life because Discord staff is lazy?
