Disabled account/your not taking me serious
Hello I'm going to post this here because it seems that they bought it still closing all my tickets and either you're reading them and not caring or you're not getting to read them at all so I'm just letting you know in here. First off my account was disabled without rhyme or reason and without any type of correspondence on your behalf letting me know whatever reason you had to do so. I have tried to inform you multiple times to please correct this to no avail. Next after disabling my account you proceeded with removing money from my bank account for your subscription tied to that account that should no longer be active since account was disabled. That is what's known as online consumer fraud. This account had variable and viable resources and contacts connected to it that I can no longer access. Not only that but it held access to a very special and very close friend that passed away recently his account was still active on mine. That was the last memory that I had of them. You have taken over 2 weeks now off the time required for me to get my account re-enabled before you delete it I'm not willing to let you press this any further. So that's why I'm posting this here is to let you know that I have contacted my state's attorney general and the federal online consumer authority and in contact with a federal online trade lawyer and as I said in my last ticket if I do not get a response from you in a timely manner I'm going to proceed with filing as many injunctions against you as I can possibly file. II hope you understand the fact that you're losing people on a daily basis and so any type of injunction or lawsuit against you is not going to help you issues at all matter of fact it will probably just resonate them to a level that is going to be overwhelming. And it's not whether I win or lose it's whether it knocks you down a notch or two because I'm sure that becoming a class action lawsuit if there are plenty of people that would be willing to sign their name and joining it. So again a timely response with information as to why this happened and information as to when it will be resolved will be greatly appreciated and go a long ways thank you

I support everything that is written here, the situation is exactly the same. My account was disabled for no reason, I did not receive anything in the mail. I wrote to those support - they told me that I violated something, but what exactly is not clear, there is no specifics, the human attitude of technical support is simply terrible. They have been ignoring me for a month, closing all my applications. It's not fair. They ignore me on purpose, knowing that after 14 days it cannot be restored. Where's the justice? I did not violate anything, the account is very dear to me. (sorry for bad english, I live in Russia)

I still have yet to hear anything from discord. As of now, I will be doing the fololow up for filings on monday.
