So we need a safer way to fix the issue with people not being able to join our servers and getting the error that they are banned from our servers when they aren’t. This error is what is making it difficult for some people to join. Some people get the error when trying to join, while the lucky ones don’t. Currently the only way to fix the issue is by UNbanning everyone in your server that you have banned! I was ok with that UNTIL this last time that I had to unban everyone in order to let friends in my server.. 1 of the accounts I had banned came in and started threatening everyone, so I banned that account so the person kept joining with alt accounts attacking my server! We shouldn’t have to compromise our safety on our servers in order for people to be able to join our servers. I sent the snapshots from my server to discord support and they said at the moment that this is only current way to fix the issue with people not being able to join and that is NOT ok. Discord please do better, I’m a streamer and I want both me and my community to feel safe, my mods have been on high alert because of this. Please come up with a better way to fix the problem with people not being able to join our servers without compromising our safety.
