Even trust and safety will close your ticket with no response

It's been a month and i still haven't got support and then trust and safety close my ticket. If your not gonna help me say so,I know this has to be a violation of TOS or some law since this company are here to help hackers.

  I'm waiting from 28, I have not hope that they're gonna answer. I'm very disappointed
