Remove Limited Access feature

Discord's limited access feature is anything but helpful. Don't know how much spam or suspicious activity it has prevented, but it sure has flagged a lot of 'allowed' human activity as spam and put limitations on a user's account due to that.

Moreover, these limitations once imposed don't go away at all. The user has no control over how to restore their account and they are left with no choice but to create a ticket and be at the mercy of discord support staff, who themselves don't/can't remove this limitation.

Furthermore, the info on discord's site about limited access is very outdated/incorrect as people are not even allowed to message their existing friends (despite the website claiming they can) which technically renders their account useless.

If discord cares about its user's experience, it should immediately remove or at the very least modify this feature and find better ways to prevent spam or suspicious behavior instead of wrongfully targeting its users.
