Discord account disabled due to age

When asked if I was 12, I jokingly said yes.

Discord closed my 4 year account because of this.

They asked me for my ID and photo. They did not respond even though I sent it twice.

I have a server with 4000 members. I lost access to my server for this ridiculous reason.

If I do not receive a response within 14 days, my Discord account will be closed. And I will never be able to access my server again.

You close the account instantly, but when we send you an account opening request, we get no response.

Please reply to the email I sent.

I don't want my account to be closed.
