Discord Support Improvement Required
Discord Support really needs a better system in place for its users, I shouldn't have to wait a week to get my account back.
some context:
My account was terminated from Discord about 4 days ago after I jokingly said I was 7 because someone got upset at me and called me a kid, He reported me, and my account was terminated. I opened a ticket to get it resolved with sufficient proof with an ID card, a photo of me, and my discord user on paper in 2 separate photos sent in the support ticket.
I haven't heard anything, and Discord says their “response time” is slow due to the high volume of tickets.
Some recommendation is hiring more people to take care of these tickets, or adding another system for people to verify their age
Instead of auto-banning accounts, add an automated ID verification system similar to Roblox Corporation, A user will need to use this feature to prove they aren't under 13 when their account gets locked out.
It's really annoying having my Main Account be banned while I'm trying to get in touch with members of the Dev Team I work at to continue our game.

Sorry to let y'all know, I had to wait nearly 2 months to finally get a HUMAN to reply. Once they did, the account was immediately disabled due to nitro (I believe) and I haven't heard anything in over a week. It's actually ridiculous.
