Discord Account Disabled 10 times in this month.
What kind of support team is this? I have been disabled for over 10 times in this month of September today. already 6 days, Wow.
I have been disabled for the following reason repeated. “Your account maliciously shared or participated in the sharing of the personal or private information of another user.” Which I never even did. I have tried appealing over 100 times, And I am stuck with this Clyde AI Response saying that they won't reinstate my account, After I got gifted nitro, I got marked as a “spammer”, and got banned for the following reason. FRAUD. How the absolute hell. Is this fraud? I just got gifted nitro. That doesn't even make any sense. I have appealed but this bot named Nelly keeps closing my appeals after 1 minute without a singular word! All my accounts are disabled and no use just because of the report system and this trashy support. I will move to guilded because of this trash support team. Full of laziness.

My account, which had already been proven innocent of spam in the past, perished today, after 1 month and 10 days of waiting with 3 tickets on hold. Apparently on Discord, if you want to destroy a rival or enemy of yours, all you have to do is report them, and the robot won't even evaluate the report, it will just ban you. Discord's consolation is "good luck getting your account back after months", if only they were as quick as they are at banning accounts! Twitter, facebook and instagram are absolutely more massive than Discord and none of this happens there!

I can relate to you TheGreatOne in the year of 2021 I actually got disabled for a reason called spamming which was a bit true, After I came back in 2022 things started to get weird here. Whenever I create new accounts I get marked as a spammer and had to verify my own phone number, well guess what? It says INVALID PHONE NUMBER, when I used my brothers phone number it also said invalid phone number then I got disabled over and over, when I came back again I didn't have the spammer thingy, But I keep getting disabled for “maliciously sharing info” LIKE WHEN TF DID I DO THAT??? I really think the bots are unhelpful here and discord should hire some 24/7 energetic humans to check someone's DMs here, The bots here suck! I agree with you. I should move on to other platforms and leave discord

Mohkoyara It's all the more ridiculous when you see that the guys have been reusing the same bots for years, without changing even the names, It's always “Nelly”, or “Clyde”. With stories like yours, it's even hard to say that they don't do it on purpose or even maliciously, since once a person loses their account and is innocent, why else go on a witch hunt? These bots are flawed to the core and someone needs to check them out immediately, A human being could solve 99% of the problems in the Support! The majority of the problems don't even take more than 1 minute to solve, seriously, the majority of the tickets are just age verification or false. The impression is that Discord is extremely lazy and simply prefers to ban a huge number of users, most of whom are false positives, rather than improve the moderation of its platform.

TheGreatOne That's the 99% of Discord Moderation, It's so rare to even talk to an actual staff, I even DMed them at Twitter and all of that, Still they keep ghosting me, I emailed them and replied to them tons of times, still the dumb Clyde AI Bull$h1t saying they won't get my account back, Discord is absolute garbage, One of my friends started some server that breaks TOS, Why is discord blaming me that I am the bad one and not the others? It's probably some bot that keeps getting me banned, I got mass reported and boom, ACCOUNT DISABLED. Discord is a billion dollar company. Why can't it moderation be actually fixed and hire actual 24/7 staff? Is this some kind of $l4v3ry here? I would rather talk to a wall then talk to Clyde AI, Tons of problems already on discord moderation, and I know that I am not alone in this garbage situation. I have gotten my account reinstated before but I just got disabled again after a few hours. All my hard work of bots and friends and even programming and one of my teachers and best friends and my old server, it's all gone. Being disabled is a pain in the @$$, this is why some people even migrate to other social media. I already got disabled 10 times I'm not worried about the disabled thing ever.
