"Member Since" should be the date you joined the server for the first time

The date given for “Member Since” (the second one, for the server, not Discord) in your profile should be the first time you joined a server, not the latest time you joined. This way if you accidentally leave a server, it doesn't reset the date. This will make it more accurate and informational, as the purpose of this feature is to show people how long you've been a member of that community. This issue comes up a lot in my servers and causes a lot of confusion, forcing people to search "from:[username]' and sort by Old to find the earliest comment, which is needlessly complicated.
