Hi.
I would like to ask you if you have also had such a situation in which you wrote a ticket, added there all the necessary data such as phone number, account details, photos of ID and possibly the card from which the money was left for nitro,and they closed your ticket? At my place they closed the ticket without any response. For more than 12 days I have been waiting for a response from their side and I am afraid that my account will be deleted.
Contact with Facebook and Twitter with them is difficult, they pour messages. From their terms of service, it seems that one should get a reasoned response as to why the account was stopped. However, I have not received anything like that since it happened.
I'm anxious to unblock my account because I had personal photos there, a ton of contacts for college and work friends.

If you are stubborn, you can report it to the customer department. There is a law in the European Union that allows you to legally appeal the user's case. If they delete your account without giving a reason, I will take legal action against them. Because of this, they may have really big problems.
